  We engaged IOR to not only design and deliver our new office space but to also create an environment where the office work patterns and culture would change to a collaborative, open, fast moving business. Our previous offices were tired but large and functional. Our new offices are modern, cleverly designed and have enough wow factor to create pride and motivate the staff to achieve.(without having modern clichés which will date quickly). IOR delivered via the staff engagement piece, the selection of a range of furniture options to suit our budget and most importantly the onsite delivery of the project was professionally handled and delivered. The same people were onsite and available all the way through the install. This meant accountability and discussion was always welcomed and available. The best decision we made was given the designer the autonomy to deliver once she had assessed our business, staff and aims....it does show that professionals know best and we look forward to using this office for many years ahead.
